Siebel Server installation Problem

Dear Support,

I have a situation here, Where while the Siebel Server is getting installed all he processes(siebprocmw,siebmtsh) are starting and by the time the installation ends all the processes are getting stopped. And the processes aren't starting.

I have checked using the server manager for the components, While installing the Siebel Server i have selected around 6 Components Groups. But surprisingly only 2 Component Groups and 8 Components are getting displayed.

Could you guyz please help me out.
