Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How employees can assess their managers?

Hi,

I am implementing performance management for the first time.

I have some requirements for manager's appraisal to be 3 categories:

Self Appraisal.
Top-down appraisal so GM will assess his unit's heads.
Bottom-up appraisal so Unit's heads will assess GM

My question is how to let Unit's heads will assess GM which is Bottom-up appraisal ?
