JMSReceiver component error -- SBL-DAT-00175: Database connection was lost, please retry.

Hi,

Only in Prod we are getting JMSReceiver component error "SBL-DAT-00175: Database connection was lost, please retry". It happens ~ once per 2-3 weeks and after error JMS task crashes and needs to be started again.

There was another discussion about this topic two years ago "JMSReceiver component -- Database connection lost(3275049)". For them workaround was "create/modify the 'EAI JMS Transport' to poll database frequently". Maybe someone knows what they ment with that or some other ideas?
