Upgrade EBS R12.1.2 to R12.2.5

Hi All,

We're planning to upgrade our EBS R12.1.2 to R12.2.5 and would like to have any practical document for this? Can this be done directly or it has to go through R12.1.2 to R12.2.0 to R12.2.5.

Any information, links and documents would be appreciated.

We are currently going through Oracle Note: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Information Center (Doc ID 1581299.1)
