Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. What is the best practice to handle customization request from End Users ?

Being a techno-functional, I am happy to stay close to vanilla products.

But the end users are imposing my team to modify standard applications.

For example, one user from Procurement department requested us to add some business driven data to P4310 screen.

Now, what is the best way or how can I convince them to use standard applications ?
