Configuring a new taxcode to the Charge Offer in PDC

Is it possible to configure a new tax code in the Charger Offer (Monthly Cycle Forward) which should be effective only from a future date, so that all the MCF charges charged beyond the configured future date are charged with new tax % (associated with the new tax code) automatically?
