limitation for customdatabase service

Hi,

We faced a strange issue., 11.2.0.4 (recently upgraded from 11.2.0.3)      RAC.

We were getting intermittent   error "ORA-12502: TNS:listener received no CONNECT_DATA from client " fro client side..no such error in  alert log/listener logs, there was no process issue at db level, no dispatcher  used. However we were facing  intermittent some error "ORA-27300: OS System Dependent Operation:fork Failed With Status: "stack unlimited"" in lert log, but looked like they were not related.



We fixed the alert log by changing OS parameter stack hardlimit. But still facing ORA-12502: TNS:listener received no CONNECT_DATA from client, not in server logs(alert/listener etc). telnet/tnsping/sqlplus works fine.
