How to force end user to set vacation rule for the duration he is on Leave

Oracle Guru,

hope all is well with you out there....

Requirement is, I must force my business users to set their vacation rules before their leaves are approved by their Managers. How can this be done in Oracle SSHR R12.2.4?


Need urgent suggestions/solutions/work around.
