Can we view details of the user who has deleted a transaction from the inventory open interface?

Is it possible to view details of the user (username, date/time stamp) who has deleted a transaction from the inventory open interface? I understand this transaction will no longer be available in the form. However, is it possible to view details of the user via a query?
