Why do I get a blank applet on Price waterfall sometimes (Under Quote/Pricing)

Why do I get a blank applet on Price waterfall sometimes (Under Quote/Pricing)

sometimes after reboot or re-login , the price waterfall appears and sometimes it doesn't.

Any suggestion on how we can see that.
