eSupplier registration

Hi,


I am trying the do self registration of the supplier, After that I finish of 5 th step and submit button. I am getting this error message. " No numbering schema have been defined for this beginning sequence.

(12130,25) .


I already setup auto numbering for On boarding Registration ID , still i m getting the error. Any other auto-numbering field has to setup? Please advise.
