Is it possible to delete the information displayed in Receipt form??
Hi all,
We have old data that is available in Transactions -> Receiving -> Receipts, but I'm unable to add the lines to a receipt or create new receipt, I got the next error:
THE CURRENT STATE OF THE PURCHASE ORDER <nnnn> DOES NOT ALLOW THIS RECEIPT TO BE FURTHER PROCESSED. SHIPMENT MIGHT NOT BE IN APPROVED STATUS OR IT MIGHT BE CANCELLED/FINALLY CLOSED. PLEASE TRY PROCESS"
The lines showed in receipt form is not longer necessary so, I want ask if there's a way I can delete this information?
I tried using help --> record history in order to validate if I can see the table but that is not available there.
