9.2 Baseline ESU

Hi All,

JDE 9.2

TR 9.2.0.0

I'm trying to apply 9.2 baseline ESU JN10023 but keep getting copy failed as per picture below :

The JDE.log keep refering to error in TNSNAME but i have fix all my tnsname with ORCL enty, plus the jdbj.ini also has been set to refer to correct tnsname.ora.

Attached is the jde.log and tnsname.ora file. I'm able to install and apply Baseline ESU JN10019. but not this ESU and JN10058 . Kindly advice.
