Final FYI Notification of IRecruitment Vacancy to FND USER is showing an Error Message

Hi All,

Final FYI Notification of IRecruitment Vacancy to FND USER is showing an Error Message along with Vacancy details.
 
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Logged in IRecruitment Manager > Created and Submitted a Vacancy.
2. Logged in as Approves and Approved the Vacancy.
3. Post Approval, a FYI notification would be sent to FND USER Mailbox and Work list.


Following Error is being displayed in Notification:

  "oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[651695 ]. "
