MOAC: 11i to R12

Hi

Can someone please list the transactions and setups which are operating unit based. My purpose to know the mentioned is that we are upgrading from 11i to R12.2.4 only in GL module. So that that imply the need to implement MOAC ? Are there any OU based setups, transactions, functionalities in Oracle R12 GL.
