Cygwin Installation Issue

Hi,

I am trying to install MFP in Cygwin and getting below error.

<B 2016Apr06 13:56:01.060>   Failed to start 'C:/Oracle/RPAS15.0/RpasServer/bin/createRpasDomain' (Window's error 2; The system cannot find the file specified).

Do you know what i am missing here.

I have attached error log.
