Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. water Mark image doesn't dispaly correctly?

Hello everybody,

In RTF template,i have created a template that contain an image water Mark.

when i preview this template, the image will be shown with a shadow even this image is PNG Transparent image.

i attached the two files (RTF,PDF).
