E1 - How to distinguish between MRP released and manually entered PO

Hello All,

I am trying to determine if there is any way to distinguish a PO created via MRP and a PO entered manually using P4310. When a PO is created by answering an MRP message, it also uses the same Program ID value(EP4310) as the interactive app(P4310) does. When a PO is created from MRP, the PO Number and Type are populated in the MRP Message Table F3411 but we purge that table every day. This means that we have lost all history from an MRP perspective.

Is there any way around this - Any help/suggestion will be immensely appreciated.
