Goldengate replicaiton alter db open resetlogs ?

We are replicate 2 sites and we have start 3rd site also. But Oralce DB are performing the Hot backup not RMAN, when we restore in third site it will opened in alter database open resetlogs.

And resetlogs will be reset the archive logs number and scn Then to start the Goldengate replication  without loosing the data? Pls advise
