How to flag a payroll element to collect it from union back

Hi,

We have employees who are part of the union.

As per their collective agreement when this employee who is on training or on union duties they need to be paid by the company (regular salary) but that amount can be charged back to the union by the company, how can we set this up so that we can create an invoice in AR against the union (they are already supplier as we pay the union dues to them).
