Is there any dashboard that show both of Assigned and UnAssigned SR?
Hi,
In the customer support responsibility there are two functions:
1) Agent dashboard
2) Agent dashboard Pull
In these two function the agent can view his owned SR and/or his group owned SR. But group owned SR is only showing the unassigned .
We need to have another dashboard specially for the manager who can view all SR in both status: Assigned or UnAssigned so this manager (who is not agent) can view every SR in his group.
