HTML Email as attachment instead of in body of email

Hello,

We are on Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.150120.

I created a BI Publisher report and scheduled it (not bursting) to send out the output in html format. The email goes out fine but what I noticed is that the HTML output is in the Body of the email.

Is it possible to have it as an attachment instead?
