HR_locations and FA_locations. Is it best practice to define these locations flexfield structures th

My fixed assets locations (building address) are the same as where my employees are (building address) , the same as my ship-to PO address( building adress) , and my receiving/inventory locations( building adress) . Is it best practice to define these locations flexfield structures the same.  At least one segment in common (building address) . If you have done this before, please send your HR_ locations and FA_locations flexfield segment examples. Thanks.
