Depot repair issue

Hi All,

We need some clarification on Depot repair flow . Here the scenario we have created one repaired order and then we perform RMA on that serial or non-serial Item and the item was returned the RMA line status at OM level was closed after workflow background process.But, at logistics line level in Depot repair RMA(Receive Line) status was still BOOKED . and the RO was closed along with the SR.

we found that this transaction was struck in Transaction Error Processing Table With the following Error like: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PUB Procedure UPDATE_ITEM_INSTANCE   , With the Transaction Type- RMA Receipt. We resubmit this transaction and it was processed.
