Adjustments Window fields are grayed out for a particular user

Hi All,

One of the user to whom Receivables User Responsibility  has been assigned. When that user opening 'Adjustments' window of Account Details in AR, all the fields under Adjustments are grayed out.

However the other users to whom the same Receivables User Responsibility  has been assigned they are able to access the Adjustments window fields/able to do adjustments.

There are no Form Personalizations.

Could you please suggest what would be the wrong/root cause for this one particular user not able to do adjustments in Account Details window of AR where as other users having the same responsibility are able to do Adjustments in Account details.
