Windows could not start the Hyperion Foundation OpenLDAP on local computer

Hi Team,

Our client is experiencing the same error as the one below:

Windows could not start the Hyperion Foundation OpenLDAP on local computer.

For more information, review the system event log. If this is non-Microsoft Service, contact the service vendor, and refer to

service-specific error code 16.

Steps to recreate the issue:

1) Start the LDAP Service in Windows

2) System will prompt error:

Windows could not start the Hyperion Foundation OpenLDAP on local computer.
