How to different cost for Configurator CTO Items in Purchase Orders based on Configurations?

Below steps are performed

1) Sourcing for Make At and Buy from

2) Defined price in the price list

3) Blanket Agreement and ASL setup performed

Would like to have variable prices in the PO for the generated Star(Configured) Item automatically appearing based on the configuration selected
