Some kind of "docker" image with preinstalled 12c for OPN Partners

While playing with "docker"

the idea came to me that it might be useful to have some similar kind of tool to run Oracle databases from. It could be useful

for OPN participants. Rather than downloading and installing Oracle databases all the time for certain testing purposes etc.

one would just pull a predefined container and run it in a virtualbox as docker images do.

Is there such possibly already available from Oracle?
