Password protect sections of word document in bi publisher

Hello - We're generating contract document using BI Publisher. Its word document. Data is fed from Siebel CRM.

Our requirement is to have some sections of the contract document password protected (e.g Term and conditions of the contract) so that sales rep can't make changes. Only admin user is allowed to make change on those sections.

How could we achieve this in BI Publisher. We're using BIP 11.1.1.9.
