Questions on RPAS-MFP HSA v15

Hi,

I need clarification on below points :-

1. What is the purpose/benefits of RPAS HSA Environment?

2. In classic environment only cost or retail installation is available. Whether Cost and Retail both measures functionality are available in RPAS HSA environment for MFP?

3. How to migrate old measures from legacy system into RPAS MFP v15. Is there any mapping template and document for list of batches?
