When Querying in Transaction Window Getting APP-FND--00756: Cannot find combination CCID=12341 CODE=

Hello experts MOSC!

Help me please!

When we query the transactions in either Transactions workbench or Find Transactions workbench , the following message appear "APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID=12341 CODE=MSTK SET=123.

We have applied the action plan according to the Note <ARXTWMAI: When Querying in Transaction Window Getting APP-FND--00756: Cannot Find Combination Ccid=XXXX Code=XX# (Doc ID 1324317.1)> . But the issue hasn’t been resolved.
