Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Guys,

I am getting below Error for a RMA Receiving Transaction in Install Base.

OKC_CONTRACTS_INVALID_VALUE (COL_NAME=Return not allowed. Contract 4133146 is in QA_HOLD status)

The Contract is in QA Hold Status.

Just wanted to know if this is a Expected Functionality or a Bug. We are in 12.2.4.
