rdbms/admin/preupgrd.sql NOT CONNECTED TO ORACLE

Hello,

I try upgrade my oracle database from 12.1.0.1 to 12.1.0.2

DBUA was interrupted

I try upgrade manually, when i run

rdbms/admin/preupgrd.sql

then i get

QL> @C:\app\Administrator\product\12.1.0\dbhome_2\RDBMS\ADMIN\preup

he syntax of the command is incorrect.
