Disable Data Conversion for Secondary Ledger

We have to disable one of the secondary ledger because it was defined with incorrect calendar. This ledger was defined with data conversion level as "Sub Ledger". We are planning to disable the data conversion of this ledger and create a new secondary ledger. Meanwhile, we have few entries from sub ledger that were transferred to the old SL.

Questions:

1. Is it possible to selectively transfer the journal entries from sub ledger only to this secondary ledger? (Without transferring to the primary ledger again)

2. Is there a way to transfer all the journals from old secondary ledger to new secondary ledger?
