OTM RIQQuery Interface with UseRIQRoute=Y

Has anybody attempted to use the UseRIQRoute=Y value in the RIQQuery interface?  We require this so that we can run queries based on some Order Refnum options, however, when we execute the query with the RIQ interface, it returns no results.  Running the same query (same parameters, with the Rate and Route option) when executed through the OTM Rate Inquiry UI returns the expected rates.  Our interface without the UseRIQRoute parameters set to Y returns rates as expected (except that we can't query by Order Refnum values), but setting this option to Y returns "No Valid Rates Found" all the
