Question on Reports and Export All Function

Hi All,

Under Export Data, I have the following :

What does Campaign Contact exports contain ?

Is there a way to build a report to match the number of Campaign Contacts that are being extracted under "Campaign Contact" ?

If its just Campaign information , I can use the metrics function in the report to pull the total number of Campaigns. When it comes to "Campaign Contact", what is the work around for a metrics/ total number of campaign contact in the company data?
