Unable to view the file attachments in 9.3.4

Hi Team,

When I click on the attachment in Webclient, getting a popup with message "Downloading Advanced File Productivity Components..." and nothing is happening. I am observing the same in all the browsers (IE, Firefox and chrome). Can you pls. advise if I need to change any settings or download anything for Java to fix the issue.
