ERROR with trigger variable doesn't take the value

Hi,

developer facing issue related trigger

I did update package and all build successfull

but wen end user test notice there were issue related

variable doesn't take the value  and the DELETE  attemp to do with PYID without value

print attached with 2 screen error

jde 9.0

tool 9.1.5.5
