Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. FRM 40735 ORA-02289 on-insert trigger while credit memo creation

Hi

In Receivables,

I got the following error while trying to create a credit memo manually

i entered tranction number and when i click on 'Credit Lines' button i am getting this error.

I am using version R12 12.2.4

Please find the screen shot.

Anybody can you help me.
