Unable to do usage using Diameter Gateway

While doing using for prepaid using diameter gateway, I am getting the following errror.

Diamter Log error:

Result-Code (268,M,l=12) = DIAMETER_UNABLE_TO_COMPLY (5012)

(ProductType=TelcoGprs, EventType=EventSessionTelcoGprs and Version=1.0) Messages Exception = MessagesUsageMessagesBundle-7063: UsageRequestBuilder cannot find the RequestSpecification in the ServiceSpecRepository for productType:TelcoGprs, eventType:EventSessionTelcoGprs and version:1.0. | Debug : Please verify that the RequestSpecification has been loaded into the ServiceSpecRepository.  | Debug : Please check the you have a RequestSpec for the supplied values.
