Datafile Resize is not happening

Hi Team

I have moved the objects from one table space to another to make datafile free blocks at the top of the file but when i resize then still it shows the below error.

We have sufficient space at the top of the datafile but still shows the below error.

SQL> ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE '+POCDATA/qtrpoc/datafile/qain0.272.902046625' RESIZE 25G ;
