Dde.Dmlerr_No_Conv_Established Error is occuring

Dear All,

    

     I am facing problem during running the ORacle Forms through which data is Transfer in MS-Word Template Book Marks. Connection is not Establish Error is raised.

  Using DDE Forms Builtin , Error is appearing Connection is not established.

Application Server Version=10.1.2.0.2

Oracle Database = 11g

Application Server OS= Microsoft Windows 2003 R2 32bit

Microsoft Office 2007
