How to create two level in Single Location Hierarchy in RPAS v15

Hi,

Like we have LOC hierarchy with Company -  Chain - Area - Region - District - Store in standard RPAS Configuration. We have a scenario in which we need to see the values roll-up to Chain level because of different Chains. One chain is for Normal Stores and Second Chain for Francise Stores. How we can add second chain in same instance so that we can see values rollup with different chains?
