Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Inventory/Shipping question: Is it possible to define Storage Locators that Feed 'Pick' Locators

Hi,

We have the Inventory Management Module and do not have the WMS module - and are on R12.1.3.

We are a simple warehouse, items are purchased/received into inventory and then sent out via internal Orders/Orders to our schools.

I am not sure I understand the question above - that was asked by an independent consultant who has no knowledge of Oracle.

From what I see examining the system we cannot assign pick rules via Inventory > Setup> Rules > Inventory Picking Rules > Assignment.

Cannot create a rule because the enabled checkbox is greyed out and also the assigment button.
