Supplier is not receiving EMAIL_PO_PDF through isupplier

Hi Friends,

Supplier is not getting EMAIL PO PDF upon PO Approvals through isupplier portal. earlier they are receiving PO PDF Email notifications but suddenly failed to send out.

we have checked workflow mailer and running fine

PO Output for communication is triggering and generating PDF document but not sending to supplier.

like red marked PO, there are many POs which supplier is not receiving notification. Message name EMAIL_PO_PDF is not showing in WF_NOTIFICATIONS for problematic POs.

I have checked in isupplier -->Preferences--> Email style --> defined as HTML with attachment.

I am not much aware of isupplier. Can someone please help why supplier is not receiving PO PDF Notifications suddenly ?
