HPCM - long running query

Hi - we have an HPCM application which generates many  Essbase calc scripts when it is run.  Most of the SQL queries that generate the calc scripts run very fast but one SQL is taking 20 mins.  This happens in all environments.  When I get the SQL form the OEM monitor & run it interactively, it runs instantly.

This leads us to think that the underlying database is OK, and that the problem must be elsewhere

Has anyone experienced something similar ?
