Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Is it possible to change the Track in Install Base flag while there are open POs within the system?

We have observed a patch 16755604:R12.ITM.C which will fix this issue. But as per patch , it should be applied on top of 12.1.3

As We are currently on 12.1.2 , can you confirm if we can apply this patch or if there is a backport patch for 12.1.2 ?
