Warranty not shown in Service Contracts User Responsibility
Hi Folks,
I have a created a sales order with two lines,Finished good with warranty and extended warranty.Picked and shipped the SO.Ran Workflow background process and Service Contracts Order processing program.It shows no data when queried with SO for the warranty from N>Service Contracts User>Contract Administration >Contracts Search.
But it shows data in the backend.(OKS_REPROCESSING,okc_k_headers_all_b,okc_k_lines).
Am I missing any setup(12.2.4) or performed the transaction wrong?.
