OS 1453 error occurred and Oracle Instance Terminated

Dear All,

we are facing below problem at regular interval of 2 3 days

"ORA-00345: redo log write error block 63733 count 323

ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: '...\\ORADATA\ORCL\REDO02.LOG'

ORA-27072: File I/O error

OSD-04008: WriteFile() failure, unable to write to file

O/S-Error: (OS 1453) Insufficient quota to complete the requested service."

and in Event Logs found Oracle Instance Terminated

Oracle Server 11.2.0.4.0 Standard Edition 1 - 64 Bit

O.S.- Windows Server 2012 R2  Standard Edition

How can we resolve this situation
