12.1.0.2 : RAC DR using netapps

All,

We are testing  RAC DR using netapp snapmirror technology in TEST Instance.    We are trying to replicate servers in DR location.    This is the current setup

DB server 1 :   RAC Node 1

DB server 2 :   RAC Node 2

DR server

DB  server 3 :  RAC Node 3

DB server 4 :  RAC Node 4.

Here   DB server 1 and DB server 3 has the same hostname   .    DB server 2 and DB server 4 has the same hostname.  We have different IP addresses ( private and VIP)  for all servers.

We have successfully replicated information to  DR server.    When we try to start  DR RAC servers, we are getting following error
